Booth delivery
You can ship your booth material via mail to:

The booth material will be stored at the receiving department (Warenannahme) of the UZH Irchel Campus and you can pick it up for the booth setup (see below).
If you bring your booth material by car, you can use the parking lot close to the receiving department (fee-based, 4 hours max., see Travel information).
If you have a booked a booth set-up with us, it will be set up by the UZH on Monday February 5th in the morning.
Booth setup and deconstruction
Booth setup:
You can set up your booth on one of the following dates. You can find your selection in your submitted jotform. LZSYSN members will be around to assist you.
- Monday February 5th 4:00 - 6:00 pm
- Tuesday February 6th 7:00 - 9:00 am
Booth deconstruction:
- Tuesday February 6th 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
If you cannot deconstruct your booth on the day, please let us know. It is also possible to do it on Wednesday morning. Also remember that we have a networking Apéro after the fair at 5:30 pm and we would be happy if you can join us.
If you have a booth setup booked with, us it will be deconstructed by the UZH.
Fire safety regulations
Due to a change in regulations on Sep. 2022 we need to ask you to have a fire certificate for every booth, table, roll-up, flag, and electronic device you want to build up at the ZLSD 2024 in the Lichthof with you on the event. If you do not have a certificate for one of your booth materials, you might be ask to remove it from your booth space. Excluded are exhibits, flyers and posters.
